My passion is creating, building and shaping businesses.  The early phase, having an open field in front of us with only my teams vision, talent and commitment to contain us is my favorite stage of building a business although completely re-organizing an existing company is a close second. 

For me, there is nothing like the camaraderie of a close, highly-focused, core group of individuals chasing a dream that no others can see. Once critical mass is achieved, motivating a larger and larger group of driven individuals to build a strong mature business provides tremendous satisfaction.

I founded and built the nation's largest and fastest growing privately-held investment management sales force.
At Fisher Investment, I increased recurring revenues from $10 Million to over $136 Million in only 8 years. I expanded my division both nationally and globally (from 1 to over 250 employees), managed multi-million dollar P&L budgets, created and oversaw executive, sales and service management. I love public speaking and have delivered over 70 public speaking engagements per year.

I serve on boards for both personal satisfaction and the opportunity to contribute. I actively provide advice, guidance and direction to a start-up developer of advanced technology products in the physical fitness industry and simultaneously help develop new markets. I also serve the nonprofit world as a board member and fundraiser helping make the world a better place for our children.

My early career experience included being part of a small core team that established the Premier Banking Group for Wells Fargo Bank. I worked with the bank's top customers by providing financial service and banking advice based on their individual needs.
